I am pleased to announce that our Executive Board has unanimously voted to honor you as one of our "2010 Businessmen of the Year" representing Illinois. There are less than 150 award winners, so you’ll be in very exclusive company. I am having a party in Washington at the historic Ronald Reagan Building on Election Night, November 2 to honor you and a few of the others who have been selected to receive this prestigious honor.

I decided to have this ceremony on Election Night for two reasons. First, I want you to meet a few of my close friends who will be in attendance. But most importantly, I want to surround myself with the best and brightest entrepreneurs this country has to offer.

I’ve attached your finalized agenda of events for Election Night – including the ceremony where you will receive your award. This is really going to be the event of the year in Washington D.C. and one of the most important things I do…and given everything you’ve overcome during the last two years, no one is more deserving of being named 2010 Businessman of the year than you.

I am truly honored to have you join me on Election Night…it’s going to be historic and I want to celebrate with individuals like you, who will be instrumental to getting our economy and country back on the right track.
